Accrington Closes

Our Accrington branch has closed its doors today and all business will be transferred to our Blackburn branch.

We would like to thank the customers that have supported us over the years and hope to see many of them at Blackburn in the future. If they are unable to visit our Blackburn store then we hope they will remain customers by using our online service.

Bristol becomes our first South West branch

We are pleased to announce the opening of Bristol branch, our first branch in the South West of England and our first new branch of 2013.

The branch is located at 106 Horsefair which forms part of the Cabot Circus Shopping Centre.

Another opening in the North East

Our recently opened Gateshead Metrocentre branch became our sixth new opening this year when it officially opened for trade on the 24th October. The new branch located on the Upper Red Mall next door to Next becomes our third new branch to open in the North East this year following successful openings in Newcastle and Sunderland.

Telford becomes our 5th new branch of 2012

We are proud to welcome Telford as our 5th new branch of 2012. This opening in Telford follows on from our recent openings in Lakeside, Norwich, Newcastle and Sunderland.

The opening in Telford Shopping Centre has created five new jobs for local people and becomes our first bureau de change in Shropshire.

The new branch conveniently located in Ashdown Lane between branches of Halifax and Barclays Bank gives Telford residents the opportunity to benefit first hand from our comprehensive range of travel money solutions.

Sunderland opens and becomes our second North East opening of 2012

We are delighted to announce the opening of our 88th UK branch. The branch that opened recently in The Bridges Shopping Centre becomes our second opening in the North East this year and adds to our growing branch network that already includes Darlington, Durham, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Stockton-on-Tees.

Lakeside opens and becomes our 87th UK branch

We are pleased to announce to opening of our new branch at the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, Essex.

The branch that opened in late June is conveniently located underneath the escalators outside the Debenhams Ground Floor entrance and provides the full range of our specialist foreign currency products. Lakeside is our third branch in Essex and compliments our existing locations in Basildon and Harlow.

Eurochange No.1 in recent independent price survey

The independent travel money survey was completed on May 11th by Simon Calder a highly respected Travel journalist. Simon is Senior Travel Editor for The Independent, writing a weekly column as well as articles and features. He also writes for Conde Nast Traveller, High Life (BA’s inflight magazine) and Travel Trade Gazette, as well as many other publications.

Simon is regularly interviewed on TV about travel stories and events. He is a frequent guest on BBC Breakfast News, Daybreak, ITV News and, Sky News. He is also the presenter of Fast Track’s Travel Clinic with Simon Calder on BBC World, where he answers holiday questions from viewers.

Norwich Opens for Trade

We are delighted to announce that we have added Norwich to our expanding UK Bureau De Change network.

Growth in the North East

Charity Cashes in £500k from eurochange

A poverty-tackling charity had cause to celebrate, when a travel money retailer donated £500,000 to its coffers, with plans to contribute a further £50,000 by the end of the year.

National bureaux de change chain, eurochange, donated £500,000 from its 2010 profits, to Sustain for Life, the official eurochange charity. The significant donation represents the largest gift to charity the company has ever made.

eurochange Banbury Relocates

A foreign exchange expert is bucking the economic downturn, by expanding and moving to new premises, in Banbury town centre.

After six years operating from its current kiosk, next to the Tourist Information Centre in Castle Quay, eurochange is relocating within the shopping centre, to the larger, former Castle Flowers unit, this Friday (12th).

The expansion has also created one new full-time job at the branch, which now employs two full-time and one part-time member of staff.
