Placing an order for travel money couldn't be easier, simply follow the step-by-step instructions below and your order will be delivered to your home or reserved at your local eurochange branch for collection.
Complete these simple steps by using the box 'Order now' box on the right of this page. You may want to print these instructions off to assist you through the process.
- Select the product(s) that you require, either 'Cash' or 'Travellers cheques'
- Choose your required currency from the alphabetical list
- Enter the sterling amount of currency or travellers cheques that you require
- Your order will be rounded up to the nearest available denomination for the product that you have selected
- Check your order including the exchange rate and the sterling cost and when you are satisfied with your order click on the 'Order Now' button. If you need to amend the amount of currency or the selected product then you can do this by clicking on either 'edit' or 'delete' next to the product line on the next page
- If you require more than one product then click on the 'Add New' button
- Input a promotional code if you have one
- Select your delivery or collection option from the following options;
Home Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £400 or just £4.99 for orders below this amount.
Pay and Collect
Pay for your order online and collect it from your most convenient eurochange branch from 1pm the next day.
Reserve and Collect
Reserve your currency to collect from your most convenient eurochange branch and pay for your order when you collect it. Please note that you may need to allow up to five days for your reservation to arrive at your chosen eurochange branch, to check for current stock availability please contact your most convenient eurochange branch by telephone during opening hours where our staff will be happy to assist you.
Follow the appropriate instructions below dependant on your selection:
If you selected Home Delivery:
- Select the date that you would like your currency delivered
- Select the 'add' or 'do not add' the Original Rate Buyback product
- Input your e-mail address
- If you are a new customer proceed to set up your account. When you have completed this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
- If you are an existing customer then please enter your password. When you have entered this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
If you selected Pay and Collect:
- Select the branch that you would like to collect your order from. Use the search function to select your most convenient branch
- Select the date on which you would like to collect your order
- Select the 'add' or 'do not add' the Original Rate Buyback product
- Input your e-mail address
- If you are a new customer proceed to set up your account. When you have completed this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
- If you are an existing customer then please enter your password. When you have entered this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
If you selected Reserve and Collect:
- Select the branch that you would like to collect your order from. Use the search function to select your most convenient branch
- Select the date on which you would like to collect your order
- Input your e-mail address
- If you are a new customer proceed to set up your account. When you have completed this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
- If you are an existing customer then please enter your password. When you have entered this you will proceed to your order confirmation page, please check your order details carefully before clicking on the 'confirm' button
Order summary page
The order summary page will summarise your order for you, please check that all of the details are correct.
Select your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions.
When you have completed your payment and it has been authorised you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order reference number.
Please print you order confirmation e-mail for your records and to produce at the collection location as proof of your order.
