How to order your travel money
You can buy your travel money when you like and how you like. You can order online, in branch or via your mobile phone or tablet. All you will need to decide is whether you would like to collect from your nearest branch or have it securely delivered to your home address.

How to Order
- Order online
- Select the currency that you require
- Decide how much currency you would like
- Select branch you would like to collect from
- Select the date you would like to collect your currency on
- Complete your order and provide your email address and phone number
- You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
- Once you have received confirmation of your order it will be available within the hour. If the currency is out of stock it will be available to collect from 1pm on the next working day.

Collection at branch
- You will be able to choose when and where you collect your order
- Once you have received confirmation of your order it will be available within the hour. If the currency is out of stock it will be available to collect from 1pm on the next working day.
- This service is free of charge
- You will have to collect the order in person
- Please bring your email confirmation and the payment card used along with one of the following forms of identification : your Passport or Full Driving Licence or if appropriate your Armed Forces ID Card
- Your order will be held for 7 days. If it is not collected then it will be returned to stock and your card will be refunded.

- Once you have received confirmation of your order it will be ready for immediate collection (subject to branch opening hours).
- You will only have pay for your order on collection
- You will be able to choose when and where you collect your order
- Please bring your email confirmation of the order
- You can nominate someone else to collect your order for you but they will have to pay for it and they will require your email confirmation
- This service is free of charge

- Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail on the next working day by 1pm
Home Delivery
- This service is free of charge for all orders over £400 and only £4.99 for orders under that value.
- The delivery is fully insured by Royal Mail special delivery
- You will be able to choose when you would like your order delivered.
- We advise that you leave sufficient time before your intended date of travel
- Once you have received confirmation of your order it will be delivered by 1pm on the next working
- Orders placed before 1pm on Friday may be delivered on Saturday
- You will be required to sign for the delivery but if you are not at home you will be left a note by Royal Mail detailing where it can be collected from.
