An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the major independent foreign exchange providers within the UK. As part of our on-going expansion we require a Foreign Exchange Supervisor for our bureau de change network in the Bournemouth area.
In this new role you will support the Retail Manager by supervising, motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service, whilst achieving personal and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and encourage the team to meet the Company and stores objectives
- Ensure that key store activities are being carried out effectively and efficiently
- Support the Retail Manager in staff reviews, staff development and coaching the team to maximise sales
- To assist in the recruitment of Foreign Exchange Cashiers
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist the Retail Manager in managing the network.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading and motivating a team in a customer-facing sales environment is essential
- Have previous training and coaching experience
- Must be flexible in working pattern
- A full clean driving licence, use of own car and the ability to travel, are also essential requirements.
Previous FX experience is preferred, however this is not essential, as full training will be provided. |
