Can I send money to someone I know via Western Union?
Yes you can, please remember to bring your ID with you without this we are unable to send money via Western Union.
Can I receive money sent to me via Western Union?
Yes you can, however you need to ensure you have your ID and detail of the transaction.
Can I change details for my Western Union transaction?
If you would like to change the details of my transaction, please visit one of our locations with a valid ID. We are unable to make any changes without seeing ID so are unable to do this over the phone. Please note we cannot change details of a transaction placed at a different location.
