Payment Options

We offer a number of ways in which you can pay for your currency or money transfer, both online and in branch.

Order Amounts

  • For Home Delivery the maximum amount you can order is £2,000 worth of currency.
  • For amounts of up to £2,500 you can place a Reserve & Collect online and pick up in branch.
  • For larger amounts than this please visit your nearest eurochange branch.

Payment Online

When paying online we accept the following forms of payment:
  • Bank Transfer: Please note your order will be released (Home Delivery orders) or available to collect (Pay & Collect orders) upon receipt of your cleared funds.
    For Home Delivery orders, your order will be released upon receipt of cleared funds - please ensure that we receive your funds by 4.00pm the day before your order is due to be delivered - otherwise your order will delivered the day after. Please note that funds will only clear with us Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Example; if your delivery date is a Monday your funds must clear with us by 4.00pm the Friday before. Please quote your full payment reference when making your payment - if you fail to put this reference then there may be a delay in processing your order.
    For Pay & Collect orders, you will only be able to collect your order once we receive your funds. Please note that funds will only clear with us Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Example; if your collection date is a Saturday, your funds must clear with us by 5.00pm the Friday before.
  • Debit Card: Visa Debit and Maestro
  • Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard (we do not accept American Express). We do not charge for using this payment method but you may be charged by your card issuer – please check their terms & conditions if you are unsure.

  • To collect your Pay & Collect order you will be required to produce the Debit or Credit Card (unless you paid via bank transfer) that you used to make your payment and we reserve the right to PIN authenticate the card through the till (there will be no additional charge for this).

Security & Fraud

Your payment card details are encrypted using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are kept completely safe and secure. As part of our policy to protect against fraudulent use of Credit and Debit Cards we conduct security checks on all orders received. These checks can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order. We also work with various credit and fraud prevention companies and we may share your details with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions. If, for any reason, there is a problem with your order we are not be obliged to release this to you. We will contact you and process a refund.

3D Secure and Verified by Visa

We use '3D Secure' and 'Verified by Visa' payment verification to give the best level of protection for card payments when processing a transaction online. It is possible that your card issuer may refuse a payment if you are unable to provide the relevant password. Please contact your card issuer directly with any queries regarding this.

Payment Problems

If your Credit or Debit card is rejected by our online payment processing system, please confirm that all of the details entered are correct, including:
  • Your payment card is set up for use online
  • Your name and address match the details held by your card issuer
  • '3D Secure' or 'Verified by Visa' has been completed

Please note the payment card used for Home Delivery orders must be registered to the delivery address. If all of the above are correct and you are still encountering problems, please contact your card issuer to ensure there are no issues with the payment card.

Alternatively you can make payment via a bank transfer or place a Reserve & Collect order to reserve your travel money and make payment in branch.


Payment in Branch

 When paying in branch we accept the following forms of payment:
  • Cash
  • Debit Card: Visa Debit and Maestro
  • Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard (we do not accept American Express). We do not charge for using this payment method but you may be charged by your card issuer – please check their terms & conditions if you are unsure.

Collecting your Pay & Collect order

To collect your Pay & Collect order you will be required to produce the Debit or Credit card (unless you paid via bank transfer) that you used to make your payment, your email order confirmation and one of the following forms of identification:

1 x Proof Of ID

  • Passport
  • UK or EU photo card driving licence
  • National ID card

Please note we are unable to accept any other forms of identification other than those listed. We are not able to release Pay & Collect orders to anyone else other than the cardholder.


Collecting your Reserve & Collect order

If you wish to pay for your Reserve & Collect order using a Credit or Debit card then you will be required to produce one of the following forms of identification as well as your email order confirmation, when you come to collect your order:

1 x Proof Of ID

  • Passport
  • UK or EU photo card driving licence
  • National ID card

Please note we are unable to accept any other forms of identification other than those listed. We do not require any forms of identification for orders paid for in cash.

Transfer Amounts

  • For Quick Transfer the maximum amount you can transfer is £5,000
  • For amounts above this you can use our International Payments service.

Payment Online

When paying online we accept the following forms of payment:
  • Bank Transfer: Please quote your full payment reference when making your payment - if you fail to put this reference then there may be a delay in processing your International Payment. Please ensure that we receive your funds by 1.00pm on the day of transfer in order for us to process and send that day, otherwise your order will be processed the following working day.
  • Debit Card: Visa Debit and Maestro
  • Payment by Credit Card is not accepted
