Here at eurochange we have branches across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so the chances are we'll have a branch near you. But there may be times when picking up from a Post Office® branch may be even more convenient - and we can now offer this service with Post Office® Local Collect. Simply order your travel money from us and then choose a Post Office® collection point from over 11,000 locations - all you'll pay is the £4.99 delivery cost if your order is below £600, and a £3 supplement for weekend delivery if you choose this.

Collect your eurochange order from your local Post Office® with 'Local Collect'

Search for your nearest collection point

At checkout, enter your city, town or postcode to find your nearest Post Office® or Royal Mail Customer Service collection point. This could be near your home or place of work.

Select a collection point and complete your order

Once you've paid your order will be sent to your chosen collection point and you'll receive a confirmation email from us and from Royal Mail.

You'll be kept up-to-date with the status of your order 

Royal Mail will let you know when your order is ready to collect via SMS and email. Don't forget to bring your ID and order confirmation email when you visit the branch!

Order Amounts

  • The maximum amount you can order for Local Collect is the same as for Home Delivery - £2,500.
  • For larger amounts than this please visit your nearest eurochange branch.

Collection Costs

  • Just like Home Delivery, Local Collect orders are FREE for amounts over £600. For orders below this amount the cost is £4.99 and if you select a collection date on the weekend there is a £3 supplement.

Collection Process

  • Once you've placed your order you'll receive an email from us confirming this. If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer our bank account details and the payment reference will be displayed on the email. Your order will be released upon receipt of your cleared funds.
  • Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email from us and from Royal Mail acknowledging this and confirming your tracking number. Your order can be tracked by entering this number here: www.royalmail.com/trackandtrace
  • You will receive an email once your order has been received by the local Royal Mail depot to your delivery location, and a final email to say that your order has arrived and is ready for collection. This is usually by 1pm.
  • To pick up your order, all you’ll need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address. Proof of ID includes: Cheque Guarantee or Cheque Book, Credit or Debit Card, Bank/Building Society Book, Valid Passport, Cheque Book, Driving Licence, Photo Identity Card (Foreign National, Military, Police Warrant, Royal Mail Employee).
  • Your order will be held at the Post Office® branch above for 18 days. Should you wish to cancel your Local Collect order, or fail to collect within 18 days, you will be issued a refund minus a £10 cancellation charge to cover administration costs. Please note that any charges applied by your card provider to you will not be refunded. If after your order is cancelled you still want to purchase Travel Money from us a new order will need to be placed.
